Hey there!

I'm Jocelyn Barron,
nice to meet you.

I’m a UX designer and UX researcher. I am experienced in end-to-end web design using UX audits, user research, user flows, wireframes, and visual design.

How I got started
in UX design

I transitioned into UX design because I wanted a career where I can express myself artistically, but also allow me to help other people. When I was introduced to UX design as a concept, I felt it was the perfect balance between improving people's lives and making things beautiful.

What I've been
working on

Since my jump into UX design, I've been working on utilizing research and feedback to inform my design. I have delivered various digital design assets such as website ads, social media posts, marketing emails, landing pages, as well as end-to-end website designs.

What I'm curious about

I'd like to try my hand at being a video game UX designer because I love the immersive world of video games. I find the user interactions to be fascinating because not only would my designs need to help users accomplish tasks, but it would also need to inform the user about the world in the game and who they are in that world.
